Windows was launching its first OS in years, Windows 11, and wanted to reach new audiences on new platforms.

Our TikTok launch leveraged some of the brand’s most iconic assets, constant experimentation and plenty of Gen Z insights. The channel organically grew to 1M followers in less than 9 months.

Emily Zugay’s viral brand logo remixes were the apple (windows?) of our eye. So we made her Windows’ first and only TikTok follow, and invited her to play daily. When she finally made logo magic, it was our chance to boldly go where no brand had gone before.

So we put her logo version up loud and proud on our flagship NYC store. Cue the viral fan response and the #1 spot on AdAge’s top 5 TikTok brands.
